Final event of the SAFER Erasmus+ project in Vidin

On June 20, 2025, the ZAT team presented the results of the SAFER project to an inspiring audience in the city of Vidin. The host was the Vocational high-school “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”, and among the participants were students, young drivers, teachers, driving instructors, local representatives of the NGO sector and the Vidin Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The topics we presented:

• the project training programme

• a collection of real stories

• our YouTube channel

• a seminar on safety behind the wheel

Each participant received information materials and disposable breathalyzers for personal testing of alcohol level. A particularly valuable moment were the personal messages of instructors to the young drivers in the hall – a sign that the messages of the project resonate with those who train future drivers on a daily basis. We are grateful for their willingness to use the SAFER materials in their courses!

Feedback: the event was assessed as useful, engaging and inspiring – with a real contribution to raising awareness about road safety.
